Audiocosm Ltd Terms and Conditions

Services are supplied by Audiocosm Ltd (Company No. 13503084), registered in England and
Wales. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Work commences following
written acceptance of a quotation or purchase order. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date
unless agreed otherwise. Final deliverables remain the property of Audiocosm Ltd until payment is
received in full. Clients warrant that they own or have permission to use materials supplied.
Audiocosm Ltd will treat all client materials as confidential. Liability is limited to the value of the
contract for services supplied. English law applies and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
England and Wales.
